Yuletide Bar – Christmas Party Nights 

1. General Terms 
1.1 Ticket prices include VAT and cover the hire of equipment, facilities, and services provided by Yuletide Bar for the event, as agreed in advance between Yuletide Bar and the organiser. 
1.2 By filling in the booking form and paying the booking for the booking, the organiser confirms that they and their guests accept these Terms & Conditions. It is the organiser’s responsibility to ensure all members of their party are aware of the rules set out in this document. 

 

2. Booking & Payment 

2.1 All bookings are made with Yuletide Bar. The Yuletide Bar Christmas party nights are hosted at Lower Drayton Farm, Staffordshire, ST19 5RE . 
2.2 Each ticket to the Yuletide Bar Christmas party admits only the attendees that have been previously booked in when completing the booking form. Tables must be booked in line with minimum seat requirements. The organiser is responsible for the full cost of the table booked, even if fewer guests attend. 
2.3 Minimum and maximum seating capacities apply per table, depending on the section of the venue. These will be provided to you when booking. 
2.4 Multiple tables can be booked under one reservation. 
2.5 To secure a booking, we will require payment of the full amount of the booking as well as the names and dietary requirement (if applicable) of all guests attending in your party.  
2.6 Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be partially refunded if guest numbers reduce after booking. 
2.7 If guest numbers are uncertain, we recommend contacting Yuletide Bar for advice on suitable table options to allow for flexibility. 
2.8 All booking must be paid in full at the time of booking otherwise the booking will not be confirmed. 
2.9 A VAT invoice will be issued once the final balance has been paid, using the email provided during booking. 
2.10 All payments are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable, and cannot be credited towards any other goods or services. 
2.11 Any requested changes to a booking must be made in writing and will only be valid once confirmed by Yuletide Bar. 
2.12 Guests must be 16 or older to attend. Anyone under 18 must be declared to Yuletide Bar in advance, in writing, by the organiser. 
2.13 Exclusive Hire - If you are interested in booking Yuletide Bar on an exclusive-use basis, please contact us directly to discuss availability, pricing, and minimum guest numbers. Any agreement for exclusive hire will only be valid once confirmed in writing by both the organiser and Yuletide Bar. The terms set out in that written agreement will take precedence and must be honoured by both parties. 

 

3. Cancellation & Event Changes 

3.1 Booking payments are non-refundable in all circumstances. 
3.2 No refunds will be given if travel to the event is affected by bad weather or similar conditions. 
3.3 Yuletide Bar may cancel, reschedule, or amend an event if necessary. If cancelled before the event takes place, Yuletide bar will make every effort to offer another date. If cancelled during the event, no refunds or alternative dates will be provided. 
3.4 Yuletide Bar is not liable for cancellation or disruption due to circumstances outside its control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, fire, flood, or government restrictions). 
3.5 While every effort is made to deliver the advertised programme, Yuletide Bar reserves the right to make changes where necessary. 
3.6 In exceptional circumstances (e.g., fire or safety risks), Yuletide Bar may close the venue early. 
3.7 Event updates will be communicated via email and/or Yuletide Bar’s official social channels. It is the organiser’s responsibility to check these in the lead-up to the event. 
3.8 No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.  
3.9 If we are forced to evacuate the event due to health and safety reasons, our security reserves the right to remove any individuals who fail to cooperate and leave the venue in a safe and calm manner. 

4. Personal Belongings 

4.1 Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Yuletide Bar accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items including coats, bags, phones, wallets, or vehicles. 

 

5. Facilities 

5.1 As a temporary pop-up venue, Yuletide Bar provides male and female toilet facilities. If accessible facilities are required, the organiser must inform Yuletide Bar in writing before 31st October 2025 so arrangements can be made. 

 

6. Photography & Filming 

6.1 Events may be photographed or filmed by Yuletide Bar for marketing purposes. If any guest objects, the organiser must notify Yuletide Bar in writing at least two weeks before the event. 
6.2 Guests may request removal of photos from Yuletide Bar’s official channels by contacting the team in writing. 

 

7. Entry & Behaviour 

7.1 Yuletide Bar enforces a strict zero-tolerance drugs policy. Security staff may carry out searches of bags, clothing, and belongings at any time. Guests found in possession of illegal substances or banned items will be removed and may face prosecution. 
7.2 Admission may be refused, or guests removed, if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued. 
7.3 Any guest who causes damage to the venue, its equipment, or property will be held liable and may face legal action. 

8. Entertainment 

8.1 Yuletide Bar reserves the right to manage sound levels and entertainment throughout the event. 
8.2 Yuletide Bar reserves the right to change entertainment that will be provided if it is deemed necessary. 

 

9. Food & Menu 

9.1 A set festive menu will be provided, with alternative dishes available for dietary needs where pre-advised. Yuletide Bar reserves the right to amend menus due to ingredient availability or other operational reasons. 
9.2 All allergy and dietary information must be submitted via Yuletide Bar’s system upon booking your table. Guests who do not provide this information will be served the standard menu.  

 

10. Drinks Policy 

10.1 Yuletide Bar operates a strict over-18 alcohol policy. ID may be requested for anyone appearing under 25. Guests under 18 caught with alcohol will be removed. 
10.2 Guests are not permitted to bring their own drinks. Any group found doing so will be removed without refund. 
10.3 Any issues with drinks orders must be raised with staff during the event. Queries raised afterwards cannot be resolved. 
10.4 Only the arrival drink and after-dinner shot are included in the ticket prices. All other drinks are payable through our bar. 
 

11. Terminology 

1.1 Organiser – Defines the person who fills in the booking form, pays the booking fee, and enters into the written agreement in doing such.
